Can you print shirts for me?
No — Four Finger Press primarily works with paper.

Do you require a deposit on jobs?
FFP requires a 50% deposit to get things started, and the remaining 50% will be due upon pick up or before your print run ships out.

Some exceptions apply for larger companies that need to pay via Net30 etc. please include this when you reach out for a quote.

*Rush orders are due 100% up front due to the fast turnaround & delivery needed*

What is your turnaround time?

Because of the nature of the process each job is unique and timelines vary. Ultimately we shoot to have your job finished within 10 business days of your deposit and the final approval of your art separations.

For fine art printing, the proofing process involved can prolong this time, if you have a specific due date please specify that upfront to confirm.

Do you accept rush jobs?
Yep! Depending on the complexity of the job and how soon you need it FFP can print your project faster than the usual 10 business day turnaround timeline — a 15 to 30% rush fee will be added to the total of your order.

What inks do you use?
FFP uses high quality, industry standard, water based inks from TW.

All of our inks are archival and made to last.

Do you offer specialty ink?
Yes. We offer a variety of fluorescent, metallic, and glow in the dark ink.

We can also add binding agents to print on a variety of substrates including holographic paper, plexiglass, glass, wood, cork and more.

Please specify that you’d like to use one of these inks, and we’ll work together on finding the best solution for your project.

What file type and size is best for my artwork?
PSD - AI - are the preferred file types. Please make sure all files are at least 300dpi to allow for the best translation into print. Be sure that all of your type is broken down into outlines - we have access to a lot of fonts, but nowhere near them all.

What is your max print area?
We can print an image area up to 22x30” with plans on expanding to a 24x36” image area by Spring of 2024.

What does flatstock mean?
Flatstock is a term used in screen printing that, although usually means music show posters, includes any screen printing onto flat paper.
